Case Study: Baguette Express

Baguette Express, the healthy snacking chain, started out with one shop in Haddington, East Lothian, and with Blueprint Media’s media support embarked on ambitious franchise based expansion programme. We secured continual hits in the franchising and mainstream press and, by 2010, the company run by Scots entrepreneurs Robin and Billy Stenhouse had more than 70 outlets, including several successful master franchises and was employing in excess of 500 people across the UK.
